I am Mark Sova a Certified Residential appraiser in Santa Clara County and approved with the FHA. I enjoy the appraisal business and started M&C Appraisals in 2004. My primary coverage area is Santa Clara County; however I do have secondary coverage areas as shown on our website M&C Appraisals. I appraise various types of residential properties such as Single Family Residences, Condominiums, Town Homes, 2-4 unit income properties, Mobile and Manufactured homes on land and in leasehold parks for Lending, Estate Planning and Settlement, Tax Appeal, Divorce, Pre-listing, PMI removal, Bankruptcies, and Bail Bonds.
I am a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and a Participating Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. My background includes graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelor in Science in Computer Science Engineering with a minor in mathmatics in 1985. I was in the High Tech Industry for many years before starting my appraisal career.
On a personal note I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing when I can. I generally get out golfing once a month with the golf club.
