Professional Appraisal Practice require that we review the contract. If we have
this upfront, it prevents delays in delivering the report.)

A copy of preliminary title report (This is optional. If this is available, it
provides us much of the information that we need on the home up front to start
the appraisal process.)

If proposed new construction, please include blueprints and Contractor Estimates
(Since cons
truction most likely has not begun, the blueprints and

upfront, it prevents delays in writing the report.)

List of upgrades (This is optional. This helps us identify all property
improvements to ensure we give full value for all upgrades.)

If FHA appraisal, please include FHA case number (This is an FHA requirement and if we
have this upfront, it prevents delays in writing the report.)

If income property, include actual rents (This is necessary to complete
the rent survey or small income report. If we have this upfront, it prevents
delays in writing the report.)
