The staff at M&C Appraisals LLC are extremely sensitive to the traumatic effects associated with even a very brief incarceration. There are few situations in which an appraisal must be done quickly, but an appraisal to determine collateral for a bail or immigration bond while your loved one is in custody will qualify for our highest priority. Our services will be both confidential and discreet to ensure your privacy.
Depending on our workflow, it is possible for you to order an appraisal before 10 a.m. and pick up the completed report by 8:00 p.m. that evening. In most cases, this process takes three to five working days, so cooperation in arranging an inspection (if necessary) and providing needed data for the report is of utmost importance. Since our other assignments will have to be rescheduled and works in progress must be postponed, there will be a significant fee increase for this extraordinary service.
Weekend, early morning, and late afternoon appointments are available for an additional fee.
